Shipping & Returns
VIENNA SKINCARE is part of the company Notorious Media UG and will be referred to as “we", "our", and "us" in this online Shipping & Return Policy.
We deliver our products without extra charge to Countries within the European Union. To other Countries, we offer worldwide shipping which means you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you, whatever country you are in. However, we will extra charge as following: Shipping costs to UK and Switzerland: 12,00 € Shipping costs to countries out of the European Union: 20,00 €
Once the payment is confirmed, we make sure the orders are shipped within 1-5 working days. Please keep in mind that delivery time should be used as a guide only and that it is counted from the moment of dispatch. VIENNA SKINCARE cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance, lack of documentation, issues independent of us. Some countries have tightened customs restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.
All orders sent to Europe (including countries outside of the EU such as the UK and Switzerland) will be sent to VAT or Value Added Tax. This means that our prices include all taxes and duties and you will not have to pay anything on arrival. For orders sent to the USA and Canada, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees and import sales taxes may apply. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. If any fees do apply, these will need to be paid by you.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
