Does you offer free shipping?
We deliver our products without extra charge to countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs to UK and Switzerland: 12,00 €
Shipping costs to countries out of the European Union: 20,00 €
Does the price include taxes and duties?
All orders sent to Europe (including countries outside of the EU such as the UK and Switzerland) will be sent to VAT or Value Added Tax. This means that our prices include all taxes and duties and you will not have to pay anything on arrival.
For orders sent to the USA and Canada, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees and import sales taxes may apply. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. If any fees do apply, these will need to be paid by you.
Can I return my order?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Read more about our return policy here.

How can I be informed about the ingredients in your product?
Our product has a list of the ingredients used on its packaging. You can also view the ingredient page on this website for more information on the ingredients and why we use them.
Is your product cruelty free?
Our product is not tested on animals, therefore is cruelty free.
Is your product Vegan?
Our product is biocompatible which means we use natural ingredients and safe synthetics, but we are not vegan or vegetarian. However we do no animal testings.
What is a biocompatible skincare?
It is a skincare made with a formulation that our skin recognises, process and take all advantage. It's a combination of natural ingredients and safe synthetic with molecular structure similar to that the skin natural produces.
Is your product free from paraffin and parabens?
Our product is free from paraffin and parabens.
Is you product free from sulfates and silicones?
Our product is free from sulfates and silicones.
What's the "parfum" listed in your ingredients?
Although our parfum smells like "no parfum", we use a light fragrance carefully composed, an exclusive blend of the purest, highest quality oils.
Do you use ingredients made with GMOs?
Our product is free from genetically engineered ingredients.
Where is your product made?
Our product is made in Austria, manufactured by WM+S Cosmetic GMBH & Co KG - Hockegasse 28/4 A-1180, Vienna. The company is run by the Weinzierl family, who has over 65 years of experience in research, development and production of high-quality beauty brands.
